Meet Kent!

The time has come to present one of our Customer Success Managers in Denmark. A friendly guy with a passion for great customer relations and a heart for his family.

Kent has a technical background in IT which has been an interest since he was a kid. But he realized along the way that customer interaction has always been important to him, too. Transitioning to the role of Customer Success Manager (or CSM) has truly felt like a natural fit for him after first trying out the role of Account Manager. And he has developed a genuine passion for it. He even says that work has become almost like a hobby for him! His only regret seems to be not having 48 hours per day to do everything he’d like to do.

He especially enjoys being in contact with and visiting customers to understand their needs. The focus of Customer Success Managers is to keep our customers happy and to make sure they are aware of the width of Sectra’s extensive portfolio. 

Kent has been with us for several years now and says that what he likes most about working at Sectra is the combination of the great company culture with having the best product on the market. And being able to spend some fun and connecting time with customers and colleagues at different events, such as the customer evenings held by Sectra at RSNA in the U.S.*

Outside work, Kent loves spending time with his family and their dog Pax, especially when going to the beach or the forest. He also gladly spends some time gaming in Fortnite or Minecraft when his daughters ask him to join them.

I finished of by asking Kent if he has any advice to our customers. He said: Use your local Sectra representative, we are there for you if there is anything you are wondering about or think we can do better.
