Meet Filip!

Filip's journey within Sectra is a testament to his dedication and drive for excellence. He started with the company in 2019 via an internship program in Sweden. His hard work and dedication paid off, propelling him from First Line to Application Specialist within the Swedish Support organization.

It is no secret that Filip has a fantastic aura around him, as he greets everyone he meets with a big smile and an infectious positive attitude. Regarding Sectra, Filip believes that it is an exceptional place to work, learn and grow in, thanks to the presence of talented and passionate people all around you. He himself shows great commitment to his work but also indulges in hobbies outside of the office, including choir singing, gaming, skiing, and sailing.

In 2022, Filip was presented with an exciting opportunity that he could not pass over: relocation to the US to work for the Customer Concierge program. His unique combination of technical skills and outgoing personality made him a perfect fit for the job, and it wasn’t long until Filip was promoted to the position of manager.

Filip really enjoys helping new employees adapt to Sectra's culture and technical roles as the manager of the concierge program. In his role, Filip's primary responsibilities include teaching new employees about the company's culture, improving their communication skills, and introducing them to the fundamentals of Sectra's products.

Filip's expertise ensures that new employees receive a comprehensive introduction to Sectra's philosophy and operations, setting the stage for their future success within the company.
